The Backend Engineer will serve as a key contributor to the Workforce Management (WFM) team at Veryable. WFM is a brand-new product on the Veryable platform. Leveraging cutting-edge tech and the power of integrations, WFM enables our users to automate their labor scheduling process for both their full-time employees and their on-demand workforce.
As a Technical Support Engineer - Intern at Veryable, you will be on the front line of all incoming support questions. You will leverage internal and external tools, as well as your technical knowledge, to debug problems, identify & reproduce bugs, and provide solutions to stakeholders. You will triage and escalate issues to other team members as necessary to ensure that we take care of every issue. Above all, you will work tirelessly to find ways to improve Veryable and minimize friction for all of our apps.
